Andrew T. Hall
President and Chief Executive Officer and Director

Andy Hall is president and chief executive officer of Gordmans and a member of the company's board of directors. Hall has more than 20 years of retail leadership experience. He was president and chief executive officer of Stage Stores, Inc. from 2008 to 2012 and served as its president and chief operating officer from 2006 to 2008. Houston-based Stage Stores operates 849 apparel and accessories stores in 40 states in addition to eCommerce. Prior to his time at Stage Stores, Hall served in management roles of increasing responsibility with several former May Department Stores Company divisions (now part of Macy's) and in its St. Louis corporate office. Starting at May in 1993 as a corporate director of financial reporting, Hall eventually served as chairman of Foley's Department Store Division in Houston from 2003 to 2006.


James Brown
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Brown joined Gordmans in September 2015 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.  Prior to joining Gordmans, Mr. Brown was Chief Financial Officer at Hancock fabrics, a Mississippi based retailer of fabrics and crafts with over 260 stores in 37 states, from 2013 to 2015.  Prior to Hancock Fabrics, Mr. Brown spent seven years at Fred’s Inc., a discount retail and pharmacy chain, in a variety of finance positions of increasing responsibility including Senior Vice President, Finance.


Arthur E. Gorling
Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer

Mr. Gorling joined Gordmans in September 2013 as a Vice President, Divisional Merchandise Manager in the Home Essentials area and was assigned in February 2014 to the Men’s/, Young Mens, Team, and Kids area.  On January 23, 2017, Mr. Gorling was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer. Prior to joining Gordmans, Mr. Gorling was employed with Stage Stores, Inc. where he most recently served as Vice President, Divisional Merchandising Manager.  Mr. Gorling’s prior retail leadership experience also includes over 12 years at a Vice President, Divisional Merchandise Manager level with Foley’s, a former May Company and Macy’s South.  As a Vice President, Divisional Merchandise Manager, Mr. Gorling has had experience in numerous merchandising categories including, Men’s Furnishings, Tailored Clothing, Childrens, Housewares, Electronics, Luggage, & Food/Candy.

 


Roger L. Glenn
Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Mr. Glenn joined Gordmans in August 2012 as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining Gordmans, Mr. Glenn was employed with Safeway, Inc. from May 1998 to September 2011, where he most recently served as Group Vice President of Human Resources. He also held various other Human Resources leadership positions at Safeway in the Pleasanton, California area. Mr. Glenn held Human Resources leadership positions with Thorn Americas from 1997 to 1998 and Mervyns from 1983 to 1997.


Richard H. Heyman
Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Mr. Heyman joined Gordmans in 2009 as Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining Gordmans, Mr. Heyman was Vice President of Information Technology for Pamida Stores from 2007 to 2008, Project Director at Distributed Intelligence Systems, Inc. from 2004 to 2007 and Vice President of Information Technology and Strategic Planning for Baker's Supermarkets. Mr. Heyman also founded a retail systems and consulting company, Sirius Retail, and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer.
Amy S. Myers
Senior Vice President of Marketing
Amy Starr Myers is senior vice president of marketing for Gordmans, Inc. Prior to joining Gordmans, she was vice president of marketing and creative services at Things Remembered, the nation's largest and most prominent retailer of personalized gifts. During her eight-year tenure at Things Remembered, she introduced the retailer to hundreds of new malls through strategic growth initiatives that delivered positive comp store sales and increased brand recognition, resulting inbottom-line growth. Myers also led the international expansion of the company into Canada. Prior to Things Remembered, Myers served in marketing positions at Shop At Home TV and Kraft Foods. She also spent six years at Spiegel, Inc., where she managed the statistics, circulation and promotions departments.
Michael F. Ricart
Senior Vice President of Stores

Michael F. Ricart joined Gordmans in May 2016 as Senior Vice President of Stores.  Prior to Gordmans, Mr. Ricart was employed with Bon-Ton Stores Inc. where he was Senior Vice President Stores since 2012.  Mr. Ricart joined Bon-Ton Stores in 1999 as a Regional Vice President Stores and has been involved with many key company initiatives during his 16 years tenure including the organization's omnichannel expansion, market share strategies and labor efficiency projects.  Prior to Bon-Ton Stores, he held several positions including Vice President and Store Manager at May Department Stores.  Mr. Ricart started his professional career with Macy's where he had experience as a buyer and store manager.


Ramin Mozafari
Vice President of Planning and Allocation

Mr. Mozafari joined Gordmans in December 2016 as Senior Vice President of Planning and Allocation.  Prior to joining Gordmans, Ms. Mozafari was employed with Kohl’s Corporation from 2012 to 2016 where he held the position of Senior Vice President, Divisional Merchandise Manager for Accessories.  From 2008 to 2012 Mr. Mozafari held various merchandising roles including Vice President, General Merchandise Manager at DSW, Inc.  Mr. Mozafari started his career with Macy’s, Inc. where he held a number of positions culminating with almost a decade at the Vice President level in Merchandising or Planning and Allocation for virtually every business classification.
